Simplified BIM digitalization.
D uring past two decades the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry has moved from being relatively static into creating one. Adopting Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology – as new business approach, offers tremendous benefits to industries of all kinds, to get more cost-effective & more sustainable build assets, to improve communication, to reduce costs, to improve productivity & quality and perhaps most importantly – to reduce risks, to name just a few.

One of the most valuable resource of BIM|fms
is enabling life-cycle delivery AEC industry to move beyond the current document-based exchanges and create costumized information-based exchanges. We provide standardized information needed for maintaining, operating and managing facilities.
Ensuring corporate and cost effective environment for the occupants to function.
The facilities management department has responsibilities for the day-to-day running of the building, these tasks may be outsourced or carried out by directly employed staff. This is a policy issue, but due to the immediacy of the response required in many of the activities involved the facilities manager will often require daily reports or an escalation procedure. Some issues require more than just periodic maintenance, for example those that can stop or hamper the productivity of the business or that have safety implications. Many of these are managed by the facilities management "help desk" that staff are able to be contacted either by telephone or email. The response to help desk calls are prioritized but may be as simple as too hot or too cold, lights not working, photocopier jammed, coffee spills, or vending machine problems. Help desks may be used to book meeting rooms, car parking spaces and many other services, but this often depends on how the facilities department is organized. Facilities may be split into two sections, often referred to as "soft" services such as reception and post room, and "hard" services, such as the mechanical, fire and electrical services.
Digitize, manage and analyze utility network data with ease.
Maintenance schedules are required to ensure that the facility is operating safely and efficiently, to maximize the life of equipment and reduce the risk of failure. Statutory obligations must also be met.

Operation, control, and oversight of real estate as used in its most broad terms.
Management indicates a need to be cared for, monitored and accountability given for its useful life and condition. This is much akin to the role of management in any business. Property management is also the management of personal property, equipment, tooling and physical capital assets that are acquired and used to build, repair and maintain end item deliverables. Property management involves the processes, systems and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property as defined above including acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization and disposition.

A laser scanner emits rapidly moving laser beam and captures the points in 3d space form which beam is reflected. The use of multiple fields of view enables the compilation of a complete 3D model of object of any size, such as landscapes, structures, buildings, rooms and their furnishings as well as installations.
Once captured, 3D data can used either in its raw (Point Cloud) format or as highly intuitive, photo realistic (Photometric Stereo) view
Off site, Owner Operators continue to benefit from 3D laser scanning, recognising the benefits as an integral part of their asset management strategy. Laser scan data and models derived from it form a key element of the strategy to manage an object throughout its life-cycle and enables the continuous management of asset and BIM data.
